I am looking for trade shows and conventions in the United States involving car wrapping.

 

Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you checked with the vinyl section in the tintdude forum? I think most of those users will have better advice since that's specific to what you are looking for. Only one i've heard of is Wrapscon. But it's only in it's second year from what I hear.

You just missed the international sign expo in vegas 2 weeks ago, most the vinyl manufacture's were there.

This one is pretty good.  Keep in mind, there is muuuccchhh more than vinyl wraps at shows like this, but you will find what you're looking for:
