Manager Needed for Automotive Accessories Business (Lakewood CO)

Extreme Autoworks is a busy automotive after market accessories shop that does Window Tint, Clear bra, Vehicle Wraps and more in Lakewood, CO. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic that is experienced as a Manager and who has good sales experience. Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in management and sales who is qualified to do the following:

- Opening and closing the business
- Assist customers on the phone and in person
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing flow of the shop throughout the day
- Daily operations
- Growth and development support for staff
- Market business to potential customers & social media
- Quality control
- etc.

Skills Necessary:

- Must have management and sales knowledge and training 
- Able to absorb information quickly
- Able to communicate effectively. Do you consider yourself an effective communicator? Are you a good listener? Are you outgoing?
- Able to multitask with ease
- Problem solver. Are you the person that gets the job done?
- Good computer skills
- Preferred knowledge in QuickBooks with the ability to quickly learn additional programs and software.
- Reliable. Are you someone who is on time and understands the importance of reliability? Do people view you as dependable?
- Motivated and prideful. Do you have a natural desire to achieve success and do you take pride in your accomplishments?
-Have a good knowledge of vehicles (year, make and models)
-Have the ability to up sell customers 
- Must be available to work on Saturdays

Compensation:
Salary + Commission
Bonuses are available as well.
