Essential Functions:

Cutting film both by hand and by using a computer process.

• Perform work as outlined with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Order supplies and materials needed for installation and repair work.
• Estimate the cost of installation and repairs and maintain records for work completed.
• Work independently & with team of installers and sales staff to ensure complete customer service.
• Prioritize and balance scheduled jobs along with walk-ins.
• Travel between stores based on volume of jobs scheduled (all mileage while on the job is reimbursed)
• Detail Oriented

Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements to perform the key responsibilities of this position, work experience, education and other knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Prior auto film application experience (i.e. paint protection film, window film, vinyl graphics, etc...)
• Significant amount of time of the installation will be spent on knees.
• Patient and work well with hands.
• Meticulous, clean and organized.
• All positions require the ability to model the Corporate Values.
• Ability to communicate with multiple constituents.
• Proven ability to create an environment that fosters learning, teaching, growth, risk-taking, innovation and fun.
• Good verbal, interpersonal communication skills
• Basic PC skills
• Proven follow up and organizational skills
• Ability to focus on fine details
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret written information and instructions
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid in-state driver's license and driving record that meets CAROUSEL MOTOR GROUP driving standards
• Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 3-5 years of experience preferred
• 1 plus year of related automotive experience.
