Position Description:
Ghost Shield is a growing Paint Protection Film and vinyl wrap installation business looking for a new top quality tint installer to join our busy team. We are looking for someone who is energetic, willing to learn and grow with the business, someone who takes pride in their work, and is reliable. Once we hire a tinter we will begin a marketing campaign to draw in new business. You will have your own station in our shop for all the tint jobs. 
You will be installing tint on a variety of different vehicles.
 
Minimum Requirements: (Must have all three)
·         At least 18 years of age at the time of application AND
·        Tint installation experience 
·         Current CA driver’s license; with good standing-record and NO DUI/DWI
 
 
Desirable Requirements:
·         Detail oriented
·         Mechanically inclined
·         Practices safety, ownership and respect when working on and around each customer’s vehicle
·         Clean and professional appearance
·         Ability to orally communicate in English clearly and effectively
·         Exercise good judgement
·         Interact and relate effectively with those contacted in the course of work; establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow workers; interact effectively with the public/customers
·         Takes direction and criticism, and works under direct supervision and coaching
·         Reliable individual
·         Looking for a long-term career
