Average cars per week?

Between the 2 of us, we did 40 cars for the week. We're getting better. Just gotta keep at it. I do know that I hate wranglers and 200s and 4Runner BG.

I average between 40 & 50 vehicle's per week. Maybe a few more if I have a lot of sets of doors. Pretty much work 7 days a week. Do all the work myself, but the two days a week i do preload work. My wife runs cars, and takes care of paper. That way I can stay on task, and make the most of those 2 days. The rest of the week I work solo.

1st year in business i started at 8 per week, and 18 per week towards the end of my first year. This is my 2nd year, and i am doing 30-50 per week. The 50 per week was during tax season. I hired 2 employees from last year to this year. I notice i am able to do more work(taking multiple cars at the same time) and in turn am getting more referrals. I advertise moderately, but dedicate myself to making my customers happy, and to put out the best work we can. When we make a mistake and customer comes for a redo, which is rare but happens, we redo the work no questions asked. I am hoping sales continue to go up for next year.

I do 45 to 50 cars a week.....i work 7 days a week.
