Sales and Customer Service Advisor- Part time $18/hour

As our Part-Time Customer Service and Sales Advisor you're one of the most important team members at Tint Plus Automotive. You are responsible for creating a positive customer experience for our guests using your strong communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians. In addition, educating and advising our customers in choosing the right services to fit their needs. Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Tint Plus Automotive experience. What You'll Do: Greet guests as they arrive in our showroom for their appointment Answer phones and sell services in a clear and professional manner Clearly communicate realistic and honest expectations of services offered Communicate energetically with guests about their vehicle and all the services available Offer solutions and added services to guests Prepare detailed service orders with exact instructions Perform vehicle check on the exterior and interior of the vehicle prior to the beginning of services Provide timely follow-up on progress of vehicle and contact guests with service changes Provide final review and inspection of vehicle after installation and other services to assure job meets or exceeds our quality guidelines Troubleshoot customer concerns to find a solution to meet customer’s needs Process monetary transactions, provide important care and warranty instructions and information Assist installation team with additional duties to insure completion times are met or exceeded What You'll Need: Highly detailed, service oriented and organized Be able to sell on the phone and in person Gmail, Google Calendar and CRM experience a plus Creative, positive, team player attitude Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills Self-awareness Authenticity Leadership skills in team-based environment A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work Saturdays What We Offer: Be part of a growing organization Advancement opportunities Paid Vacation / Time Off Employee Referral Bonus Program Company Partner Discounts Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week Benefits: Employee discount Referral program Day range: (4) days / week, possible full time Weekends as needed Shift: 8 hour shift Ability to Relocate: Anaheim, CA 92806: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person -

South facing windows DR film
Install went great. I went with NV-25, I am very happy. The room has been darkened significantly, from bright and hot to much more pleasant and enjoyable. Watching TV during the day is no longer blinding, when it is cloudy it is definitely a bit gloomy, I am glad I did not go with NV-15. I plan on getting more windows done in the future to help cut down on heat energy. Thanks for everyone's input! -

Stratos 70 on windshield, what is this?
Captain Obvious has two cents err senses to share: 1) The film should be removed and replaced, because it appears to have adhesive blemishes that shouldn't be there, and 2) The film should be reviewed/inspected once taken from the roll to avoid losing time and resources due to manufacturing issues. Little pieces not so much, but back glass and windscreen pieces ... definitely. -

I switched so long ago... first to KDS but they went away. NT are great though. I use a piece of white strapping material as a cutting buffer between the blade and glass. Some use a button but I didn't like the feel..- 1
