Leading window tinting shop in Miami is looking for an experienced manager window tinter. The ideal candidate should posses the following skills and characteristics:

- 8 years of experience installing auto, residential and commercial window film.
- 5 years of experience installing paint protection and car wrapping.
- 5 years of experience installing taillight and headlight tinting.
- Experience in headlight restoration is a plus.
- Obsession with customer satisfaction.
- Availability to work Mondays through Saturdays.
- Management experience leading other co-workers.
- Self-driven and motivation to achieve business goals and customer service standards.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Available to start immediately.

The company offers an attractive salary plus commission and the opportunity to innovate in a fast-paced growing business.

Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 / year.
