x2 on the tape seals, pull sweeps, and singe rear deck. I also pull the brake light- 2 screws. Maybe one last tip in my opinion, tack your center line about one grid up from the tabs. Did an 02 yesterday, first one in awhile, and the top half took more work than the bottom. These cars take a little bit of time to get them clean but they look harder than they are.
I'd rather do these than Tauruses of the same generation
NvrLate, you're 6 months late on this one

where can one get this said form from.
Ask your distributor or manufacturer for a film to glass chart.
You may be able to find it on their website.

I'll post some cool pics in subscriber section...

Less is good for mounting, but I wear out the squeegee with less slip.
Again, pounding on 8 mil.
-
1/4 cup four gallons, and a splash of alcohol... For 8 mil.
-
That way I could blame it on the slip!

That dude is GOOOOD!
Now everybody gonna try.
Remember, that's what happens when a PRO does it.
Makes it look too easy.
Great first post and welcome!

I don't, but with all the single pane down here, it's pretty good.
I've heard it's a little pricey.

There's a DIY page on their website. It shows how their metal framing is mounted to the window frame (or opening).
The pic on their home page shows it going on wood frame Pella.
Magnetite IS the way to go. I see it alot in older homes near downtown. Quiets traffic noise significantly.
-
It has its own metal frame. Looks nice when done right.
-
4DB is almost nothing. Check magnetite.com . That is your best option.
-
How did you decide where to put the one period you used?
Oh and welcome angel

I did a 2 story building in silver 15 and cell service went from good to "no bars" instantly!
The company loved the heat rejection so they had an active repeater antenna installed and sent
signal thru the building. Problem solved.

Couple of quick questions - If I use the heat gun, which seems to work at least as well as the steamer and is less messy, is there any risk of cracking the glass? Can the heat harm the defroster lines?
Crack? no. Blow up? yes. Tempered glass shatters into a zillion pieces when broken. Too hot here while cool there
makes it unstable. I have seen glass "shudder" a split second before BOOM.
The girl on the video is not doing it right for old film. Steam the film itself, hard and heavy so the steam goes through
the film to soften the glue.
Better yet, find a tint shop that will promise not to scrape it but will try to save the defroster. Can't always be saved.

So basically make sure your films are NFRC rated and then compare them using TSER (higher is better) or SGHC (lower is better) and ignore all the other stuff if you are just looking at performance.
In a nutshell.
