DnawrapsGa got a reaction from TintDude in PPF installed, not happy
those air channels are pretty annoying, you have to either score the film on the exact edge of the stripe so it will lay flat, or remove the stripes, polish hood, ppf, then add stripes.
by the way, after 5 years or so make sure you replace or remove those stripes. they will fade the paint and look horrible. anyone in the Atlanta area needing PPF, Ceramic, Stripes, Colorchange Wraps, Underglow, Tint, Correction Pm me for a nice discount!!!

Anything is possible my friend. Eventually someone will say yes!!! You need to find a shop that is either too big for the current owner, or is failing, and talk to them about subletting a spot.

This is a touchy subject. In order to keep them engaged and to give them Drive to do great,I would suggest letting them both tint their own vehicle and give them a commission based on how many vehicles they completed on top of a week's pay. I give 35% flat profit to any helper that FULLY commits to the job start to finish. This way they stay engaged and happy to do the work.

Either way if they arent happy, they wont do the best they can, which could hurt you in the end,

Thats a tough one. Very difficult to make everyone happy if you are tag teaming vehicles. There will always be one that doesn't pull their weight, and if not there will be someone who feels another worker doesn't. My best advice if you pay on commission them each tinter would complete a job all on their own and responsible for any redo on said vehicle.
Tag teaming I would probably go base salary plus bonuses based upon work performance.
However I never intend to have employees. I would rather miss a couple jobs then have employees.

We pay a flat salary plus bonus if certain goals are reached...our flat salary is very high though.  IMO $400 weekly plus 10% (over $4000) is extremely low.  At the very least I would say give 10% on all installs.  So say you did $4000 per week their payroll would be $1600.
