M3 Beemer

Recommended Posts

I did a 96 BMW M3 the other day and couldnt remove the rear head rests.

I hadn't done for a while and was in a bit of a rush so just worked around it.

Turned out good but it would of been so much easier if I could remove them.

Any hints???

some of those you can force out. when you pull up they stop and act like they wont come out at all. I raise it up as far as I can and get my fist under the headrest and pry up with my hand and they come out, its not easy but they will come out. I know I have done it on some models of BMW, I dont know for sure it they are all mounted that way though.

That is exactly what I do. Never had one that wouldn't come out. :rock
