This tip, though a good one, may be a little too simple for some to grasp through words alone... or one that must be seen to be believed...

I was on an estimate when in Florida a few years back and the lady of the house was telling me of the mmm guy coming before I did and saying she had no dual pane windows in her house. She said really and walked over to a window and lit her Bic to show 2 flame reflections, then asked the mmm guy, why is there 2 reflections? Talk about foot in mouth disease.

I have done this simple test, too. It is less expensive than buying a couple of test meters... you can eliminate another meter through the use of one of those ingenious little credit card-size (reflection) tools that are difficult to find nowadays.
