:thumb ...OK guys, at the risk of getting pounded on, where am I

going wrong? I am hoping this pic will post for suggestions. Is there any

diff between an 04 and 05 neon as far as rear glass? I start with an

"H" pattern dry shrink and follow up with a wet check before I do final

prep cut. This back glass kicked my azz and I dont feel like it should have.

Just me and a bad day? Or, am I missing something? Please help...need to strip

and redo tomorrow :lol I have several pics as well but cant figure out how to

get them to post keep getting error message.....uuuuggghhhh!

it is actually the film I asked you about in the other topic

almost a year....I am sure tint types have changed

NS I think they stopped making that too! I have to double check.

the H pattter is good too, your doing alright, but sometimes it takes patience, time, I dont knwo how experience you are, but I've used the NR films on those cars and I've never had problems with that. :thumb

I was just reading another post about someone that was tinting a much more difficult car an intrepid or something.....sounded like they were having the same type of challenge that the Neon is giving me. one difference I saw in his technique was the dryer sheet thing (which I havent tried as of yet) I do baby powder for dry. would the dryer sheet technique help me out ya think? what about (in your opinion) no "H" anchor just horizontal?

well lets just get stragiht what "H" we are talking about, you spray the soapy water and tehn apply the film on the outside, you then take your hard card and squeege right through the middle and squeege up and down the edges, leaves you with the big ass fingers on top and bottom, now, when you get those big fingers, you got split them in two's and then you go from there, any way you try it, its the same effort, the shape or curve of the glass if you use different methods. :thumb
