Hello sniper, read a few posts down and you will see some answers to your question. In my opinion you will have absolutely no success at learning PDR from a video tape and if something like that is out there being sold it is 100% worthless. An individual trainer is the quickest way to learn basic dent repair but will also be the most expensive. You can get a start with the larger training companies at a better price but will need to spend much more time trying to get a start with your skills at home.

Do a search for PDR training and you should get multiple names in a matter of seconds.
