Can't you do the back glass as dark as you want, just not the 2 fronts?

I don't know about Cali. laws, but MPV's usually are exempt on rear windows.

Although 70% VLT sucks, why even tint it, most factory glass is already close to that.

UV protection is one sellng point but I'd like to be at least somewhat

yeah the back can be as dark as you want...fronts can be 70% vlt window and film combined. 70% film wont work,ends up being like 56%vlt on some cars.

ok well california sucks, but anyways, do any of you guys know a good way to get rid of the curl on tint rolls?

I rolled up what I had left from last time the opposite way on a gift wrap tube to see how it worked, and after a week its still got a bit of a curl when I took it off.

Not sure what brand of film you have but when you wet the glass and unroll it on to the window you should be able to get it to do what you want withsome finesse.

I haven't actually run into that problem myself as of yet.

Try reverse rolling it.
