Because he was shoe horned into the back of a civic slappin dat' 5% paper. Once he finally got out of the car he started to take measurements for the big azz wing that he had in mind to install on this car.

he then went to home depot to get the wood for the wing,and ran into a guy named blade

Who then reminded OT not to forget about the big azz muffler.

and then he remembered to get some of those cool neon lights for the undercarriage of the car

and then was reminded by TINT not forget about tinting the taillights with some scraps of tint

then he thought what a great idea, I tint my eye glasses!!!

but then he cant because he must obey state tinting laws

after that his glasses fell apart and he tried to put them back together but thought to himself I need to get one of those left handed screwdrivers.

and used some masking tape to hold them together

But he also thought that maybe the scrap paper could do that job as well.
