That depends on who's cutting the pattern, what method on scanning and who's doing the digital file (clean up).

dont forget making sure the guy running the plotter knows how to set it up. otherwise edges are not the shizzle

Set it up, use and maintain it...

Saw one that was shipped back because owner said it wasn't cutting right... it had so much crud, including what appeared to be red candy goo that must have drooled from someone's mouth, how could the machine ever have cut decently.

I love my plotter and use it almost daily, but its still in the growing up stages.
