as evryone knows it is . very expensive to live in cali. so I found the cheapest and I think. the coolest way to live out here. I am going to live on a boat. the slip will only cost me around 1 or 2 hundred a month. and I was looking in the boat trader. and I can get a 40 to 50 foot. old yacht fairly cheap. between 20 to thirty thousand. and what better way to live in cali. then to be right on the water when you wake up. and besides it will work great for the ladies. my pick up line will simply be I have a 40 ft yacht :hmmm ill be the man

Not a bad idea if you can handle sea sickness.

I did that before and got paid for living there. I was living on a 54 ft boat for about 6 months. I got $500 a month and didn't have to pay rent but couldn't take it anymore. It gets old QUICK! It does work good when you tell a chick, " I live on a boat in the marina." Once they get aboard they magicly get n@ked and go nuts.

If you want to do it, go down to the marinas and look for the bulitin boards. You'll find some good deals on boats and mabey someone looking for a caretaker for they're boat.
