I use 4 mil plastic from walmart :dunno I have found a way to string it up in a corner of my shop and have a work area of about 20 in length by 14 wide. I rig a sliding door in front of it like how a shower curtian slides. I have 2 window units blowing into it and it keeps it reasonably cool in the summer.

I got pics jiggra.

the back and side against the wall I staple with a staple gun to some 2 x 4`s I have mounted, the other side has a wire it just loops over.nve I get it situated I put another 2 wores from ths side to the wall for tension and that keeps it tight :dunno jigger riggin at its best :dunno

and probably helps tremendously with dust to doesnt it?

virtually no dust moving around in there, its awesome. every morning when I come in the tint rolls are still clean :dunno you know how dust can settle on a roll if its out of the box :dunno I caneven tint in a baghdad type dirt storm like we have a few times a year and tinting in the bubble will help tremendiously.

I tear the plastic down at the end of each summer and the whole top of it on the outside is COVERED in red dirt :dunno

do you think they would make it brighter or the same as clear plastic?

      70% Expel Plus on windshield ripple fix

      Are you certain it's the film and not the actual windshield? You will not be able to "fix" a ripple in film. If you do remove it inspect the windshield carefully though. Could well be the glass has issues.

      Any way to fix a very annoying/dangerous rippling effect on the front windshield without redoing the entire thing? Charms seem to “jump” every so slightly making the driver a little dizzy during driving.

      help arquitectural in Puerto Rico heat

      Hi, new to the forum but a previous lurker. Was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on tints for a business in Puerto Rico who's windows face north (humidity 80% temp 70-100). Main concern is heat reduction though i would like for it to not be super dark since it is a work area. Have not contacted installers yet since I wanted to have some knowledge about products and specs beforehand to make sure im getting what i need. Thank you! From what i've gathered i should look out for: dual reflective film and low absorptive/high solar reflection products used this topic among others for research: "should be a go-to such as: 3M's Night Vision15 or NV25, Vista Film's Dual Reflective18 or DR 28, LLumar's DR15 or DR25 (which closely matches 3M NV), or Madico's Optivision in and around the same number assignment. The numbers assigned to films represent the visible light transmission of the product." "The higher the reflectivity of a film product, the better when dealing with desert heat."

      It looks like the end of the roll was used which has adhesive marks from being attached to the plastic core. You can't use the very end of the film roll.
