I did one today...bsatard job, anyway I pulled the glass out, the whole frame out the doors, laminated glass....its a two man job took me a day and a half to do it. I was a auto glazer or 15 years so the strip down wasnt to much of an issue for me. I didnt strip the parcel shelf out though.

oh and I charged the salt and earth to to the job....

Sorry.........im on about the Audi S8 2002 with the guides in the glass and tight as fook inner rubbers all round

Aaagh yeh - I know what you mean. I worked in an Audi dealer doing glass replacement, where all the door frame comes out and just leaves the door skin behind, pain in the ass job!

I done a 2002 S8 about 4 weeks ago, got a glass company in to take all the glass out, so I justed tinted it and handed it back over to the glass guys and job was a good un

This is how I did it. I wedged a towel to create some separation. I let it sit for about 20 minutes and tinted it without taking seats out or rear deck
