your probably lucky...I basically had to fit the hood stripes around the hoodscoop because of the cutouts for the wipers bieng there already, or I would have put the stripes on the scoop

Good job on the Stang. I have been doing a couple of them over the bumpers too, when most people wont touch them. They are PIA on front liscense plate cutout. Here's on I did.
