I pull them to it looks so much nicer when job is complete. I got a 07 accord 4dr and fusion 4dr. tomorrow first thing. Like stated after a few you can do them within a few minutes.

I can always tell which accords we tint around here because we pull the glass out too.

I just remove the screw at the top (torx/philips) and push the pillar forward, then pull up on the glass and pop it out. The only time I pull the screw behind the panel is if I am payed to re-felt the doors.

I pull those vents out and keep it to myself. I think if you tell the customer about the process they may get nervous and brake out. I prefer to tell them after it's done.
