14,000-18,000 IF your well insulated if not it will take the edge off until you bring in a black truck thats been sitting in the sun

The best thing is a mini split they are awesome. Do a google search on them. If anyone is really interested I can get them wholesale let me know and I'll see If I can get you a better deal than you can find. If its a winder unit the depot has them cheaper than I can buy them
