Wanting to learn PDR

I have my own business doing something non related to PDR, but I have had the opportunity to watch the industry grow from the early 90's . I kinda have basic knowledge of how it works , but I cant find anyone who is willing to train me other than the 1-4 week training courses which I dont have that much time to devote. I want to do this as a supplemental business. I have some basic tools and I seem to create distortion in the metal rather than remove the dents. Would the videos help?

you have to devote time to it to learn it and about one year hacking up dents its not something you learn over night
