this was the guy who came to phoenix with 3m for the training day that I posted a while back, and this is what we've been talking about, this is the guy who can shrink the cs on a bug in 8 minutes.

I never though id go back to wet shrinking, but I have. I used this technique on the next car (a new bmw) and it layed down like a cheap ho!!!

so are you anchoring this at all, working the finger to the top an bottom still?

yup anchor it with an H and make those bottom cuts, then lift the film so that there arent fingers, just a box shape, move the gun back and forth right over the area that is almost toching the glass and when you see it flatten out release a little tension so that it feeds down and contine the shrink. work toward your pulling hand, and pull towards the center of the glass, not the edge.
