I have been using yellow slammers since I have started in the tint game. There have been a few problems here and there with em but recently every single one I buy breaks either the tip breaks off or they break by the handle. I mean its not the most expencive tool out there but they r like 5 bucks or more. I have like 4 broken ones at the shop. I order all mine through johnsons. Has any one else had this problem from any other distributors

Really? I've had the same one for years. I've seen a clear version but I like the yellow.

The tip on mine is starting to curl inward and it's about 2 yrs old. I really don't even use mine or else it'd be toast I bet

What irony.....Its called a SLAMMER and it breaks

I have a clear one thats about 3 or 4 years old that I use once in a while that looks new minus the edge that I keep sanded smooth. I sometimes use it to shove a paper towel into the gasket of a rubber set window to smooth small fingers at the edge.

I've had mine for years! But I only use it from time to time! Mine's the clear one.
