Swamp cooler

Has anyone put a swamp cooler in your garage, and how does it affect your tinting?

I use to sub for a guy that used a swamp cooler and after the first car I would have him turn it off. Most of the time I would cut and shrink everything and then turn it off for the install.

To much air movement?

It wasn't blowing the film off of the glass or anything but it would create small dust particles in the air overhead. I think it could be done if you point the air in the right direction but his didn't work so well.

I built a bubble like mdogs and Mr P's and have a huge window unit in there. Keep the floor wet and spray the air between your peel board and window

The window units/coolers that use water to cool the air.

I could deal with that when it is 100 degrees in the garage 10mins without is ok...Maybe I will do that...

its like a big fan that mists water into the air, and when the water evaporates it cools the air

They don't work so well around here dood....

I made one a few years ago, all it did for me was make the humidity worse....

Not too bad if you're standing directly in it...
