I started ti text my next day appointments....I ususally try to call the day before but if it gets to late most custs give cell numb. so I have a standard reminder I send.....

We do call to confirm every appointment.

This keeps my no shows down as well

I hate No shows when times are slow but normally in the summer when times are good I don't waste my time calling in the rare case I do have a no show because usually I can fill their time slot shortly after they no show.

In the event of a reschedule that didn't call to say they weren't coming the first time I will put them on the book but as "work in" and I will get to it when I can.
