Dear Partner:

As of last Friday, Southern Capital Group and Globamatrix Holdings Pte Ltd divested of their interests and sold Novomatrix Pte Ltd to Solutia Inc, based in St. Louis.

To be clear, the transaction concluded last week did not include Solamatrix, Inc. and we want to confirm to our partners that we are still owned by Southern Capital Group and Globamatrix Holdings (the same owners we have always had) and are continuing to run our company.

We intend to continue to operate “business as usual” with the goal of growing our business, our market share and being an excellent supplier to our customers.

We know that rumors and incorrect information is being created in the market. We are doing our best to clarify and communicate the situation as quickly as we can, but if you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
