If there is no defroster, just cut it out , slam it up there , have a heat gun at standby for the bottom corners. watch out for the struts when you put the film up. That is a 15 minute rear glass.

EASY rear glass. Done hundreds of em, never shrank one.

Not sure how you do it without shrinking it, but I dont doubt you too much. I had a guy show me how to do one with defrosters , by cutting relief cuts . I could not believe it worked.

no way!!! no shrinking at all???

i've done one in 2 pieces before no shrinking, the only reason i did it in 2 piece's was because i just happened to be out of 40 inch when the car came in. Plus it had defroster lines to hide the seam on. But yes if you have one with no line's it's easier then a BG with defrost. :krazy

Yeppers, I learned to cut it short on the ones with defrosters, much easier on the the regular glass. As a matter of fact, my girlfriend back then had a 1989 firebird I did for her.
