Real ball ache of a customer a Service Manager for HONDA (motorbikes)

Rear screen matrix on a CR-V for f&&ks sake I did say will take a while to level out, only done car Friday

But what a winger this guy is, can anyone clear up a minor matter ?

The rear tailgate latch the metal U shaped thingy that locks in, Does from memory it have a cover or not ???

As the custy swears blind it did & im 99% sure it didnt as if it did it would still be on there as I wouldnt have removed it,

I remove the two top torks & pop off the strutts, Brake light etc Then tint & replace

the actual tailgate trim covers this area looking rearwards, & this guys swears bling it had one, that much so im almost believing him ??

anyone help me sleep tonigh before I can call honda spares tomorrow to check ??

call a honda sparts department. They can look it up on there computer. or go down to the honda car lot and take a look for yourself

Here's a shot of the bottom latch, I can't find one of the top yet..

Yeah my thought exactly td Boss,

its the top section of the tail gate, the glass catch, at the dead centre bottom of the glass that locks & holds glass down,

as I said when you look from inside the vehicle. the bottom plastic tailgate trim obscures the catch as it contours up & around,

but this a-hole is so sure its missing, if there was one there it didnt come in my bay with it on for sure as I said would not have removed,

but curious as I`d love to know so I can pizz em off, as I has me, lol

I've done hundreds of these, there is NO cover over the latch on the rear screen 100% certain. Tell him to fook off!!! The matrix at the top sits down nicely with some heat.

done loads 2 thats what bothered me, never bother looking as just want to get it out tinted & back in asap,

deal with the torks, struts, demister 2 clips, & brake light nothing more,

if so schematic will be delivered with a good morning mr A-hole heres the parts list now weres the part number ?? have a good day & fook u,
