Little Pissed.....the fuse blew that controls the sunroof radio and interior lights and I can't figure out which fuse it is. buying used means some @$$ sold the owners manual on eBay.... Next step is to pull each fuse and ohm test it

Get your volt meter and test each side of the fuse while the car is "on" so you get the switched and constant power in all fuses? No reason to pull each fuse is there? What kind of car? More then likely be a 15amp fuse for those things on 1 circuit, I would think??

it is a 2003 Mit Eclipse GS and I pulled the panel to look at the back to do that and the whole back is sealed. I tried to google it, but that did not provide any help. just forums where people have asked different questions. Ya know stupid people should never mess with a car :thumb it is all because the previous owner snipped the wires for the dome lights....

I've got an account on NABR. Let me go do some research and see what I come up with for ya. DSM's are my old stomping grounds, just never messed with the cars after 1999. :thumb

Cool. I have some errands to do and it will suck not having tunes...... If you come across anything about a switch below the left vent, I am curious what it was supposed to be for. There is a hole and the harness is flopping around in there so I'm sure something belongs in there.

See if any of these links and info can help you out.

http://s151.photobucket.com/albums/s123/ld...29_074643_1.gif - This pic has the circuit for the dome light and how its related to the ignition switch, hence why I suggested turning the ignition to "on".

Might have to register up.. but looks like a pretty good place for some tech.

Here is a link to a 2g fuse diagram. Not sure if they changed them from 2g to 3g.

Let me know if any of those helped. Good luck dude. :thumb

I went to the 3g forum and it had good info, but I checked what it said and that was not it. I tried to sign up but it would not let me because of the anti-spam deal

ah hell.. sorry man. I'm sure once you get the fuses probed you'll figure out what the issue is. That cut wire, I would try and get those wires in a completed circuit and that might resolve your issue too. Sounds like a nightmare. If you were closer, I'd get up with ya and help figure this thing out, as I love chasing electrical issues. :thumb
