Back Glass of a Benz

So yesterday I had a woman come to the shop and have me take a look at her 2006 mercedes tint. She bought it from carmax a couple months ago and got a tint ticket shortly after. She took it back to them and they took it to their tint shop they use and they retinted it. Well now the back window is so blurry you cant see out of it. All the rest of the tint looked fine except the back. After thinking about it, it hit me like a ton of bricks. When they removed the old tint they didnt get any of the old glue off and tinted right over it. I didnt even know that was possible. Looking at the tint from the outside the tint looked fine.

Thats crazy. I did a 2009 (?) Mini last week with no film on it, BUT the back window was incredibly distorted...which the customer was aware of.

how could you not see it from the outside?

and thats a easy sell for you. MB's BG's are cake to strip, just razor blade the bottom 80% and steel wool the top 20
