06 Altima 3rd brake light

I did one of these last week, easy car and got another one scheduled this week however one thing gave me a hard time and that was the 3rd brake light. I couldn't figure out how to get it out easily and neither my bulldozer, red devil or anything else I had could get all the way down behind that 3rd brake light so I am curious as to how it comes out or what works well to get behind it?

Tooo simple to remove. Push toward the BG with downward pressure. Lift up and pull back. Unhook wire... done.

if i cant get behind a 3rd brake light with a bulldozer i just pull the deck. some people just cut around them. i hate the way that looks.

I would never cut around it but I just left it in but I guess it was an easy pull.

its cool, i was just saying in general for most cars i would pull the deck ( or the brake light if not molded into the deck ) if i couldnt get behind the brake light.
