the 30% wasnt worth it in my opinion and now the 10% isnt even worth mentioning to home owners unless they are doing the whole house.

thank god our local energy provider has was better incentives starting this year,then the government has.

I would highly suggest you try to work on your local energy providers and getting them to give incentives then the government ones.

I saw that a week ago. It doesn't say anything about who, what and how it works. Is this an extension of the '09, or '06 or is it something different? We don't need the embarrassment like we had in '09 when everyone assumed.
