So i got a new price sheet and seen this the other day..Apparently it was made to compete with enerlogic :lol Can't find any specs on the film yet though, wondering if it's a low-e film and just how shiny it is and how well it's performance #'s are :spit

I just called them... she said they don't have the spec sheets yet for it....

Guess that was the easiest way :lol Could be a good seller if the numbers are right, has reasonable pricing..Looks like only up to 60" width though.

We have a sample and this film has no winter energy savings features.

Not even close to existing old technology Low E films. A copy of Enerlogic it is certainly not.

Instead of "Energy Saver" I think Sun Tek was hoping "Easy Sell".... :spam

If they are only offering this film upto 60" roll that means they are not producing the film in house. So glad I kicked suntek to the curb. I knew they were heading downhill the last few years.

My advice to you guy's who have not ever used anything other then suntek is to look around, and you will start to see that there are much better film's out there for the same money or less. :thumb

      South facing windows DR film

      Install went great. I went with NV-25, I am very happy. The room has been darkened significantly, from bright and hot to much more pleasant and enjoyable. Watching TV during the day is no longer blinding, when it is cloudy it is definitely a bit gloomy, I am glad I did not go with NV-15. I plan on getting more windows done in the future to help cut down on heat energy. Thanks for everyone's input!

      Stratos 70 on windshield, what is this?

      Captain Obvious has two cents err senses to share: 1) The film should be removed and replaced, because it appears to have adhesive blemishes that shouldn't be there, and 2) The film should be reviewed/inspected once taken from the roll to avoid losing time and resources due to manufacturing issues. Little pieces not so much, but back glass and windscreen pieces ... definitely.

      I switched so long ago... first to KDS but they went away. NT are great though. I use a piece of white strapping material as a cutting buffer between the blade and glass. Some use a button but I didn't like the feel..
