need help cutting on plotter.

Recommended Posts

Suntek's customer service is quite stellar. The ONLY film company that has offered to replace film that my plotter damaged, at least during the initial 'learning' period when some film was messed up.

VERY quick to help out in other ways also. I'd say the very highest customer service at this point in the PPF industry.

well it was the roller but by the time I figured it out all my film was ruined. They replaced my roll and there was a software guy that called me monday morning. He already knew that the system was taking errors which is kinda neat . So they called me before I called them. But with my computer running windows vista the software has been taking some errors here n there but they have been working on it. so for the meantime they sent the kits I needed overnight free of charge for the inconvenience. So far I really like the software, and Deborah at Suntek has been nothing but helpful these past couple days.

Agreed. I have had the same great service... which is one big reason why I am going with them... the other being their film is great to work with.
