hey guys im using the tintek program and u can autoscan the image & plot it out. But I checked the tutorial & if I scan a image or logo and its grainy should there be a way in the system to clean it up so it doesnt cut so edgy? I can cut basic shapes n such but cant figure out how to clean the edges on a image if I need to.. the tint tek program comes w a scaled down version of flexi if that helps.

thanks

What you have been doing is just taking a raster image and using the quick & dirty vectorization function of the software. Creating a clean vector is a whole other animal. You are going to need to learn how to do that if you want good cuts. Some vectorization requires you to do a complete redraw and almost all scans to vector will require some node clean up.
