Had Bodyshop Work.....Tint Lifted, suggestion

I had some bodywork done on my car due to Sandy...

The last time I had it tinted was maybe 6 years ago. Suntek or SG.

Anyhow, they removed all the panels to remove the door handles as the doors were gettng sprayed.

Apparently, on one of them, the tint *lifted* where the bottom edge of the window is.

Bodyshop stance was that the edge was lifting, brittle - and as they took the panel off, it lifted.

It doesn't make any sense, as I roll the window up/down with no issues.

Anyhow, regardless, it looks like I now have to tint all 4 windows and the qrts in order to get a good match.

So is it the tint or a combo of that and the bodyshop.

I don't know how the tint looks when it's under the door panel....

All the other 3 doors made out just fine with no damage.

Thoughts, suggestions.

6 year old film.....sounds like its time to retint the rig any way

Had that happen to a customer. In his case the body shop used compressed air and that's what caused it to do that. Only thing you can do is have it redone.

Window shade. Lifts up....

I wouldjust redo the one window if all the rest are OK. Someone should be able to match it close if its not purple, I do it all the time
