who else loves removals?

Won't be outgassing as that is only attributable to Perspex.

So we thought Dev, this rear screen was only showing signs of failing directly on the matrix and also on the glass id stamp, looked very much like an outgassing issue to me, and then I read a fairly recent post of Smarties about Ford, VW etc glass made in the same factory outgassing on the dot matrix.

Will have to keep an eye on it, I don't only use SunTek, so we will see what happens over time I suppose, doing another BA Falc right now in Fusion so I will record this factor on the database for this car.

 

how was that removal Daz ? that adhesive would not of been fun to get off!

had an r&r booked yesterday morning, rolls in with no existing film , monday got a lot better for me haha

Dunno Mates, that's why I have tinters working for me hehehe, I've done my fair share of removals, time to share the love around.

Actually the removal was painless, newish film so all came off in 1 piece, a bit of pink adhesive remover and scrape off with a gator blade, repeat this process again and then once more with steel wool and it was all clean in about 10 mins.
