My take and understanding is that it is illegal in all states because of the reflective edge.

IWFA put out a notice a couple years back stating our industry would suffer a consequential backlash from this product.

The stuff is DIY film anyway. Get it at the local cheeze film store :dunno

you guys are missing the boat if you don't fader up cuz.

You should be carrying the fader, sparkle rainbow, prism, and glow in the dark films.

put this next to the stickers of the giant bull for the side doors of their trucks as well as the dingle balls that you hang around the interior.

I'm gonna invent me some new film for south central L.A. (thinkin' of calling it "Struggla") It'll run in my "Bling Bling" series :lol

Funny.........I just called a company in Canada that makes the film and they told me that it has 12.3% reflectance on the silver part of their "Fader". I am not sure of the reflectance laws in other states, but it is 20% here, making it pass with the reflective part. The lightest they had was 40% VLT, so I will never have a need for it.
