Campbell Window Film is hiring a window film installer field supervisor/foreman for commercial and residential projects. Position Summary:

• lead a team of window film installers to ensure seamless, professional window film installations
• perform all functions associated with window film installation (including pre and post installation inspections)
• interact with customers in a professional, courteous and respectful manner, responding to their questions and concerns
• complete work order paperwork
• help coordinate scheduling with the office

 
Work Hours:   Tuesday - Saturday 9a - 6p

Compensation:  This position is paid per sq/ft between $.60 - $1.00.  The average amount of work is 300 - 800 sq/ft p/day.

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years prior window tinting experience
• 2 years prior experience managing others
• Current California Driver's License with clean driving record
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug test
