Another Ceramic question

Recommended Posts

I market it as a heat blocking film with virtually no tint to it at all. I have even shown it to a couple police officers, and they thought it was awesome. Besides glass is normally still considered to be clear as long as it meters above 68%. Also most officers only have a meter that allows them to check rollup windows.

I personally feel it is perfectly ok to install 70% film on a windshield. It actually improves your vison during both day and night.

I inform my customers about the film, but I don't really push it too hard. In Florida, any film, no matter how clear it is, is illegal down below the AS1 line on front windshields unless they have a medical exemption.
