Hello Everyone,

Located in Orange County California. We are looking for some window tint installers or PPF installers.. Full time auto tinting!! We are looking for hire a full time window tint and/or clear bra installer. We will pay salary ($5000-$6000 per month based of skill level) . Must be comfortable working with high end vehicles, plotter experience is a plus. We use Xpel PPF and 3M Film. We are a well known and established shop focused on high end vehicles. Must be able to tint with 3M Crystalline on a windshield and have at least 5 years experience. If you or anyone you know is interested please let us know.   UltraVision is the only decent quality with a lifetime warranty. However, $$$$ for a basic film that does not block heat on most of the options. If their dealer pricing was better, we would carry them.

  Did you install on the inside or outside? We always install the film on the outside (specially if it's double glass with air or gass between) If you install on inside it will be to much heat and crack is possible. good luck

  70% Expel Plus on windshield ripple fix
  
  Are you certain it's the film and not the actual windshield? You will not be able to "fix" a ripple in film. If you do remove it inspect the windshield carefully though. Could well be the glass has issues.

  70% Expel Plus on windshield ripple fix
  
  Any way to fix a very annoying/dangerous rippling effect on the front windshield without redoing the entire thing? Charms seem to “jump” every so slightly making the driver a little dizzy during driving.
