Trainer/Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:  (Three years plus installation experience required within the window film industry.)

 

Serves customers by training and selling products to both new and existing accounts, meeting customer needs.

Hands on training accounts for 60% of the time and 40% of the time is spent on additional responsibilities listed below.

Ability to travel, 30% overnight.

 

Must have the ability to train or quickly learn installation techniques for the following:

Automotive Window Film

Paint Protection Film  

Flat Glass Window Film

(Plotter and Software Experience is a plus but not required.)

 

Additional responsibilities:

 

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential accounts.

Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

Keeps management informed by updating sales records.

Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and working with fellow team members and management.

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops within the industry.
