Here's my new table. It's not quite finished, but it's getting there. Mainly will be used for cutting film for commercial and residential jobs.

you should really think about removing all that crap from underneath
:shock:lol

I wonder if that would work ok with the plotter on one end? We need something more user friendly that the setup we have now.

Funny you mention that Pro. Today we put our plotter on the opposite end of the table from the film handler. Haven't had a chance to really see how it works yet. Been doing flat glass all day. But I'll let ya know. :lol

My old shop in Oklahoma City (Alta Mere) did just that...plotter on one end of the table, and made the table about 7 or 8 feet long. They said they just sprinkle a little baby powder on the table and wipe it around. I guess it keeps the tint sliding back and forth. Then they don't have to stand there and catch it.
