Storing slip solution

Recommended Posts

If you guys have alot of slip solution left over at the end of your job, do you somehow store it and keep it or do you dump it out and make fresh everytime you tint? I like to have a ton of slip when i tint so if I could save some of it then that would be awesome. Or would your bottle get build up in the bottom from it sitting around?

I leave my zep bottles full. Poly 2 I would always empty or at least relieve the pressure off of it. Corny tank gets 3 gallons every 4 or 5 days put in each. Knock off j&j doesn't leave residue so I wouldn't be too concerned. Now if you're talking a couple weeks I would empty them.
