Same answer to the same question you posted in general section....

everyone pays different and every installer accepts the job if it pays their bills and gives them something to make a living. Remember, the installer is the reason you get the job done. 

Let me ask you this; you are fishing for what business owners and sub contractors charge.

what do you pay or think you should pay an installer for the 3 ranges you have specified?, and how did you come to those figures?
