Hard, dry, brittle sweeps across the bottom inside of the doors.  They can crack and break if you go to deep with a pointed turbo or hard card.  

The rear glass WILL NOT come out perfect around the edges.  The hard sealant around the glass will be bumpy and imperfect and you will have to fill light gaps with a paint pen. 

The rear glass will be larger on the inside after you shrink and cut it for install.  No big deal just be ready for it and trim it accordingly after install.
