You will hold a very unique, long term position with our growing company. You are very skilled in installing Paint Protection Film/PPF and Window Tint and have a leadership and growth mindset. You have no problem speaking with customers and find that when you do, customers are drawn to work with you because you are humble, honest, and sincere in your approach.

You take pride in your work and learn from your mistakes to grow even better the next day and you do this with a smile and a positive demeanor. You thrive on opportunity and see potential for your own growth with the future. You desire to run your own business, have a passion for the automotive industry and are excited by delivering excellence. 

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

We are looking for you to lead our company into the future and we are willing to pay you well for it. We need a person that can install PPF and Tint to a high standard, while setting the example for the team, training and teaching skills to other installers. This role will pay commission for work completed plus a percentage of profit from the entire shop production with no limit to how much you can make. 

Long term we envision you taking a percentage ownership of the company in addition to profits to help us scale the business.
