Swisstrax in the shop

To the installers out there that have Swisstrax in their shops, how is it? Have there ever been any issues with static? How is the contamination of the installs? I love the look of the Swisstrax, but I do question how well it keeps the dirt and debris down and how to keep the floor below it clean. As of now we have polished concrete floors that are mopped every time a car is moved in or out of the shop. So to anybody who installs on Swisstrax, is it worth the money for the looks without affecting install contamination?

I’ve had it in my place for just over 18 months and it’s one of the best purchases I made. It keeps dirt/dust below the tile and it hides dirt very well so it always looks clean (I have the jet black ones). A lack of puddles is obviously a bonus and any fluid quickly evaporates or drains away assuming you have a half warm environment. Contamination in installs isn’t an issue and mine are on top of polished concrete.
